As of noon on Friday we had:
That’s almost 100% participation! And remember: You don’t have to fundraise to be a winner. We’re holding a raffle for students who log minutes through the Read-a-thon program. Raffles winners will be blindly picked out of one “hat”!
For Pre-K & Kindergarten: Each student who reads 120 minutes gets one raffle entry and earns another raffle entry for each 40 additional minutes read. (Being read to counts!)
1st, 2nd and 3rd Grade: Each student who reads 200 minutes gets one raffle entry and earns another raffle entry for each 60 additional minutes read.
Prizes are:
- Famous Pancakes with Mrs. Leto! Three students will win a pancake lunch with their Principal.
- Lunch and a treat with Mrs. Gallo! Two student winners have lunch and a treat with their Assistant Principal.
- Lunch with Mrs. Vasilakis and a STEAM experiment – 2 winners
- Class with most minutes read will win a Yoga Class with Mrs. Bonthuys.
- Class with the most participation gets a dance party with Ms. Garger
