Art With a Heart: Our Valentine’s fundraiser to support our visual arts program is off to a great start. We have now raised just over $2,100. We only need 30 more families to donate $30 each to reach our goal of $3000! These funds are imperative to guaranteeing the PTA’s ability to employee our amazing art instructor again next year. We hope to have 100% of families participate in this fundraiser! Please send your donation in with your child in an envelope addressed “PTA.”
TOMORROW! January 31- On Stage with Ms. Leto: Every four years Chancellor’s Regulations require each NYC public school to address the option of student uniforms. Please join the PTA and SLT for an open forum to discuss this option on January 31 at 7:30 AM. Please register here if you plan to attend.
Upcoming Printmaking Event: One of our AEA families, the Kiernans (Luke and Lochlan), are branching out their local business (www.littlepulp.com) with a family-oriented Art Studio. Check out the concept here and look forward to an AEA fundraising event in March!

February 16- 2-9PM Chipotle of Forest Hills will be hosting an AEA fundraiser. Just mention AEA when you pay and Chipotle will donate 50% of purchase price to our school!
