Mentionable Monday 10/26/15
- The Harvest Parade and Bake Sale is THIS FRIDAY. If you haven’t already, please check out our Sign Up Genius here and decide how you’d like to contribute! We could still use a few more volunteeers. All parents and siblings are invited to hang out after drop off and enjoy baked goods and beverages from our bake sale. The parade will begin at 8:45. If you are providing goods for the bake sale, you may drop them at the table outside the fence at 8:00.
- Do you have any more Box Tops at home? You can still send them in tomorrow! If you’d like to help sort them, please join us in the cafe on Wednesday morning at 8:45!
- Our Barnes and Noble Book Fair is coming up! We are looking for entertainment between 1-2PM on Sunday, November 15. Do you have a talent to share? Storytelling, singing, instruments, dancing, etc…
- There is no school next Tuesday, November 3 for Election Day and an abbreviated day for Parent/Teacher Conferences next Thursday, November 5. We will be hosting another bake sale during conferences, so be on the look out for that Sign Up Genius.
- Are you as proud of our school and staff as I am? Please take a moment to nominate AEA and/or Ms. Leto for a Blackboard Award, honoring excellence in NYC education. The deadline is November 4.
- The Kids Stuff coupon book fund raiser has ended. Each and every child should either submit payment or return the book that was sent home in backpacks. We still have quite a few outstanding books. Please be sure if you are keeping yours that you have sent in $25! Thank you!
