Happy New Year, and welcome back! We hope you all had a restful holiday break and are managing through this first week of 2021. A reminder that students in Cohort B will return to the school building this week on Mon, Jan 11.
Students who have recently traveled outside of New York to a place on the State’s travel advisory list must quarantine for 14 days. You also have the option of testing out of quarantine based on the State’s guidelines. Students should continue to complete the health questionnaire daily. Thank you for helping to keep our schools and the community safe!
Change in COVID Quarantine Period
Latest CDC guidance has reduced the length of quarantine for people potentially exposed to COVID from 14 to 10 days. So as of Jan 3, temporary closures of classrooms and schools by the Situation Room were set at 10 days. A reminder that if your child is tested in school, you’ll get your results in 2-3 days. Learn more here.
